Tridium's Policy Change Slows Stromquist Quoting & Licensing Process


Tridium has implemented a sudden change in how Stromquist accesses licenses associated with Jaces and Supervisors. In some cases this modification has resulted in a extended response time and service delay.

Stromquist's access is restricted solely to Jaces and Supervisors affiliated with Stromquist & Company. This shift affects our quotation procedures and impacts the speed at which licenses are processed.

Unfortunately, Stromquist is unable to access any information related to Jace/Supervisor devices registered under other users.


When this situation arises, Stromquist must initiate communication with the manufacturer and await their response before we can begin the quoting process.

  • Regrettably, this has led to unforeseen delays that are beyond our control. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this transitional period as we actively seek a resolution to mitigate such challenges for our customers.

  • To expedite the licensing and quotation process, we kindly request that you provide our team with the serial and Host ID.
