Niagara Framework® is at the center of a loyal community of users. We would like all our System Integrators to experience Niagara to the fullest — which means you should be running Niagara 4. To help you along that journey, Tridium is offering a significant discount on the list price of core Niagara 4 software when you upgrade your JACE®.

Also, any customer that takes advantage of this program is eligible for a 5-year Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for the price of an 18-month SMA on the upgraded JACE.

Program Description:

Niagara customers with older JACEs from the Model 2, Model 3, Model 6 or Model 7 families that upgrade to a JACE that supports Niagara 4 are eligible for the following discount:

  • From July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, 25% off core Niagara Framework software, plus a 5-Year SMA for the price
    of 18 months of coverage

  • Essential cybersecurity upgrades and cyber defense features that keep your deployments in compliance with today’s enterprise IT standards
  • Provisioning tools that help you save time and scale your Niagara deployments to achieve desired outcomes
  • Modern HTML5 graphics visualization capabilities that serve in the creation of better user interfaces
  • A larger and more up-to-date set of drivers, communication protocols and other options for connecting newer devices and operating systems into Niagara networks


Eligibility, Terms & Conditions:

  • JACE 2, 3E, 4, 5, 6, 6E, 7, SEC-2 or SEC-6 that are running Niagara AX

Drivers, Software Options:

  • All standard drivers supplied by Tridium and supported on N4 will be migrated
  • 3rd-party drivers not supplied by Tridium need to be licensed through the supplier

Requirements:

  • Purchase of 5-year SMA required
  • Host IDs of any legacy JACE that is deactivated in the Niagara 4 upgrade process will need to be provided
  • The deactivated legacy JACE must be rendered inoperable or destroyed within 180 days of upgrade date
